🇨🇭 Switzerland & 🇳🇴 Norway: imports and returns
Shipping prices do not include import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees unless they are explicitly shown as included at checkout. These charges may be payable in addition and are borne by the recipient.
The standard Swiss import VAT rate is currently 8.1%. Following the abolition of Swiss industrial tariffs, ordinary lights generally incur no industrial customs duty. Import VAT and carrier clearance fees may still apply. The taxable amount may also include transport costs.
Returns from Switzerland must be correctly declared as returned goods with a reference to the original delivery. Please retain the invoice, import assessment and shipping documents. We can help match the documents to the delivery. We do not automatically refund import VAT or clearance fees already paid; any eligible tax refund must be requested through the applicable procedure.
How much does a return cost?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct return shipping costs as set out in our withdrawal policy. Returning long, heavy or pallet-delivered lights can cost considerably more than returning a standard parcel. We are happy to help with arrangements and a cost estimate beforehand.
Your statutory rights, particularly for faulty goods, remain unaffected.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery time is shown on each product. Delivery may vary for custom-made items, manufacturer shortages, public holidays or factory shutdowns. We are happy to advise you.
